We ship all UK and International orders from our local warehouse. US, Australia, and select international orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers.
UK Domestic Shipping
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail) → 4-6 business days → FREE
International Shipping
We offer FREE international shipping on orders over £50 to the following countries: United States, Australia, Canada, Ireland, and Mainland Europe.
For orders under £50, a £2.99 shipping fee applies.

Delivery Estimates & Tracking
- Stated delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
International Duties & Taxes
- Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
- Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees.
Wrong Address Policy
- Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct before placing an order.
- If an incorrect address is provided:
- We do not hold liability for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- Customers must arrange collection from the incorrect address if the parcel has been delivered there.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Sleep Sync is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Once the package is handed to the courier, it is out of our control.
- If your tracking states delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the respective courier.
